ANANDA GENERAL WAIVER

This agreement releases ANANDA PR, its owners, partners, affiliates, employees, guides, contractors, and agents from all liability relating to injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in any of ANANDA PR’s activities.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in activities provided by ANANDA PR, which may include:

• Surfing, and surf instruction

• Freediving, snorkeling, and water-based activities

• E-foiling,Tow-In Foil, fishing and boat trips

• Wellness retreats, yoga, massage, and nature-based excursions

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, dehydration, sun exposure, impact with equipment or environment, motion sickness, and unpredictable ocean or weather conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks.

3. Release of Liability

I release and discharge ANANDA PR and all related personnel from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to injury, loss, or damage to person or property during participation.

4. Medical Consent

In case of emergency, I authorize ANANDA PR to obtain medical care for me. I am responsible for any associated costs.

5. Media Release

I grant ANANDA PR permission to use any photo or video taken of me during activities for promotional purposes unless I notify them otherwise in writing.

6. Health Disclosure

I confirm I do not have any conditions that would put myself or others at risk during participation. I understand that participation may involve exposure to communicable diseases, including COVID-19, and I accept that risk.

7. Minors

If signing for a minor, I certify I am their legal parent or guardian and agree to all terms on their behalf.

8. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
